This is a modern and internationally comparable programme. It encourages the creation of new knowledge in administration and business sciences, with an emphasis on research and implementation of knowledge management. The programme is multidisciplinary and allows in depth study, as well as research and development achievements, in management and business studies, economics, sociology, education, law and informatics.

Programme overview

In each academic year, we organise three to four 2-3-day blocks of lectures and seminars in Celje; between these sessions, the programme is delivered online. Regular contact with the supervisor and fostering of teamwork between professors and students supports a consistent pace of study and timely completion of study obligations.

Knowledge Management PhD programme is a research-focused continuation of the Master’s in Knowledge Management programme. It is a modern and internationally comparable programme, which encourages the creation of new knowledge in administration and business sciences in Slovenia and the region, with an emphasis on knowledge management and organisational learning as multidisciplinary areas that offer many research challenges at the level of individuals, groups, companies and the society.
