The 2023 Summer School entitled “Green Innovative Moving Entrepreneurship has come to an end.” This year’s summer school, organized under the Erasmus+ initiative, was a grand success, marking a significant milestone in the journey of fostering green mobility and sustainable entrepreneurship.
The summer school commenced on September 4th and was the result of a collaborative effort between various European faculties spanning countries like Slovenia, Portugal, Poland, Austria, and Romania. Notably, the local company from Slovenia, NewBike, played a pivotal role in the program, providing students with a real-world platform to develop and present their innovative business ideas.
The primary objective of the summer school was to stimulate creativity and innovation in the realm of sustainable mobility. The focus was particularly on environmentally friendly cycling solutions, aligning with NewBike’s vision. Students were given the opportunity to brainstorm and come up with business ideas that not only support green mobility but also have the potential to evolve into startups or franchise opportunities.
Throughout the program, students worked diligently in groups, brainstorming, and refining their business concepts. The culmination was a presentation of these innovative ideas tailored for NewBike, which showcased the depth of talent, creativity, and the entrepreneurial spirit of the participants. It was heartening to see the birth of such groundbreaking ideas during the summer school.
