From 14–16 October 2025, ISSBS (MFDPŠ) hosted Prof. Jacob C. Peng, Ph.D., CISA from Robert Morris University (Rockwell School of Business, USA). Prof. Peng serves as MBA Director and endowed professor, is a Fulbright scholar, and a recognized researcher and academic leader in AIS, cybersecurity, and accounting education.
During the visit he joined two Erasmus+ engagements and taught the following classes:

FOSTER (14 Oct): visit to ISSBS and the Savinja Region Incubator, with a workshop on Open Science (as part of the project schedule).

UPSCALE (15 Oct): study visit in Ljubljana.

Management and Theory of Organisations – Intro to IT Risk Management & emerging AI issues (Master’s in Knowledge Management).

Skills 3 – Intro to IT Risk Management & selected AI challenges (Bachelor programmes).

Management of E-Business – Cybersecurity in e-business (Master’s in Knowledge Management).

The visit strengthened our international cooperation in joint projects, research activities, and student/staff mobility, and created valuable classroom links between practice and theory.
