Office of the Vice Dean
Dr. Vesna Skrbinjek is an assistant professor and, since June 2024, the Vice Dean of ISSBS. In 2007, she graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Geography from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Maribor. In 2015, she earned her PhD from the Faculty of Applied Social Studies in Nova Gorica, focusing on the financing of higher education. Over the years, she has been actively involved in the development of the faculty, particularly in areas related to quality assurance (international accreditations, data warehouse) and support for learning management systems (LMS, e-classroom). She participates in several projects related to digital competencies, digital technology, artificial intelligence, and student issues. Dr. Skrbinjek is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Management in Education, published by InderScience, and is also a member of the Asian Council of Science Editors.
