Mag. Alenka Leskovšek graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, specializing in Sociology with a focus on Human Resource Management. In 2016, she completed her master’s degree in Management at the University of Primorska’s Faculty of Management. She has over 25 years of experience as a consultant in people management and leadership development and is the owner and director of the consulting company Racio razvoj HR&M Consulting d.o.o. As of 2024, she is also the Head of Human Resource Development at Steklarna Hrastnik.
Her professional focus includes collaborating with companies on various aspects of human resources: recruitment and selection, implementing HR processes, developing competency models, workforce development, talent identification and development, strengthening organizational culture, performance evaluation, job classification, and HR digitalization. In addition to her consulting role, she is an active lecturer, coach, and mentor, sharing her knowledge and experience with leadership teams and individuals. She has received the Kadrovski Up Award and a bronze plaque from the Military Schools Center for her achievements in HR management. Since 2023, she has also been teaching at the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at Gea College.
