As part of Erasmus + mobility, we held a virtual lecture at a course Accounting on Monday, 10 May 2021. Guest dr. Naraphorn Praoprasert from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Kasetsart University (Thailand) presented our students with a subject of financial statements and their comparison between national and international standards.
At the Accounting course, the guest presented the key features of Thailand in relation to accounting. We found out that in Thailand they have lower taxes on profits and income, and accounting for external users is very similar to ours. The reason for the similarity is in the uniform presentation of financial statements around the world
