Internationalisation, Mobility and Academic Cooperation in Higher Education

Join us for Erasmus+ International Staff Week 2026 (18–22 May 2026) – a structured 5-day professional programme

The Staff Week is a professional, interactive, and collaborative 5-day programme focused on internationalisation strategies in higher education, Erasmus+ mobility management, inclusive higher education and teaching practices, teaching innovation and digital transformation, and international research cooperation and project development.

Core programme: staff training and teaching mobility activities in Celje (institutional workshops, peer-learning, study visits, cooperation meetings). Integrated component: participation in selected activities of the MakeLearn & TIIM International Conference in Ljubljana as a dissemination and peer-learning element that complements the learning objectives of the staff mobility.

We offer full support to our visiting staff, including help with accommodation and orientation, to ensure a smooth stay in Slovenia.

The International Staff Week is designed as a structured Erasmus+ staff mobility activity (training and/or teaching).
