Open call for enrolment for doctoral study programme

From 6 March to 29 May 2026, applications are open for enrolment in the doctoral study programme Knowledge Management. Candidates can submit their applications through the national online portal eVŠ using an electronic identity.

The doctoral study programme Knowledge Management focuses on in-depth research into the role of knowledge, innovation, and modern approaches to managing organizations in the knowledge society. The programme promotes the development of advanced research competences and strengthens critical and interdisciplinary thinking, which are essential for understanding the complex challenges of today’s business and social environment.

The programme lasts three years (180 ECTS) and concludes with the defence of a doctoral dissertation and the award of the scientific title Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). The study programme combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with intensive research work and enables the development of methodological competences required for independent scientific research.

The programme is conducted in the English language, enabling the participation of students from the international environment and encouraging academic cooperation on a global scale. The programme is delivered by distinguished professors and researchers from renowned universities and faculties around the world, which further enriches the study process with diverse academic perspectives and contemporary research approaches.

Special emphasis is placed on research in knowledge management, organizational development, innovation processes, and modern approaches to leadership and organizational development. The study process encourages the creation of new scientific knowledge and its application in addressing current organizational and societal challenges.
