Prof. Dr.Valerij Dermol

Dr. Valerij Dermol obtained his PhD from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana. He has extensive experience working in international consulting firms and as an independent consultant, trainer, and educator in the fields of marketing, sales, leadership, management, and communication. Since 2007, he has served as a professor and researcher at several Slovenian and international higher education institutions, focusing on research and teaching in areas such as entrepreneurship, organizational learning, knowledge management, and human resource development. He participates in various educational programs and numerous research and development projects, including EU-funded initiatives, and organizes international conferences. Additionally, he is involved in publishing and editorial work. He serves as the chief editor or associate editor of several international scientific journals and has published numerous scientific papers and monographs.
