Sen. Lect. Dr. Nataša Pivec

Dr. Nataša Pivec earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor. In 2021, she completed her Ph.D. in economic and business sciences, specifically researching the influence of organizational culture on the process of internal knowledge development. Her research interests include organizational culture, knowledge management, and information learning centers. She collaborates with ISSBS on the course Business Communication. Additionally, she teaches in secondary programs such as Economic and Logistics Technician, Salesperson, and Administrator, where she leads various professional subjects.
