Assist. Prof. Dr.Lidija Breznik

Assistant Professor Lidija Breznik, PhD is an assistant professor and expert in management and organization, with over twenty years of experience in the business world and more than ten years in academia. She earned her PhD and master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana. Dr. Breznik has enhanced her professional and research skills in Germany, the USA, and Sweden. Her primary focus is on the strategic development of companies. She specializes in areas such as strategic transformation, agile approaches, change management, and human relations. Drawing from her leadership experience and knowledge of practices across various industries, she connects theory with practice in her teaching. Dr. Breznik teaches at multiple faculties in the broader field of business economics and management. She has published numerous professional and scientific contributions and has been recognized for her achievements in research and education. She is actively involved in various associations and serves as an editor, mentor, reviewer, and internationally recognized researcher.
