Hana Fideršek earned her master’s degree in 2016 from the International School for Social and Business Studies (ISSBS), where she explored the impact of intellectual capital on a company’s financial statements. She teaches courses in Business Economics, Accounting, and Economics, and also serves as the coordinator for professional internships. She is actively involved in European projects aimed at improving students’ employability, working to strengthen the connection between academia, the labor market, and the local community.
As a student, Hana was highly engaged, serving as the president of the Student Council at ISSBS. She was also instrumental in establishing the tutoring system, which continues to support students in their academic development and helps them integrate more easily into the academic process.
Beyond her academic responsibilities, Hana is also active in her local community. From 2022 to 2026, she serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Municipality of Celje, ensuring transparency in business operations and the efficient use of public funds.
Hana brings her passion for sports and discipline into her teaching. Her values of dedication, hard work, and consistency are reflected in her approach to education, where she encourages students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Her dynamic and innovative teaching style helps students apply their knowledge effectively in real-world situations.
