Assist. Prof. Dr.Andrej Novak

Dr. Andrej Novak is the Executive Director of Ledinek Engineering and an assistant professor at ISSBS.

He completed his undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor, earned his MBA at IEDC – Bled School of Management, and obtained his Ph.D. in 2020 from the International School for Social and Business Studies. His doctoral research focused on the impact of leadership and knowledge management on business performance. Throughout his career, Dr. Novak has worked in finance and leadership roles in several major Slovenian companies. He is also a frequent speaker at business conferences and serves as Vice President of the Board of the Štajerska Chamber of Commerce.
