On Thursday, March 30, 2023, the 15th graduation ceremony for our graduates took place in Celjski dom. In the academic year 2021/2022, 112 students graduated from the 1st-cycle study programmes Economy in Contemporary Society and Business in Contemporary Society, and 2nd-cycle Knowledge Management and Management and Quality in Education and 3rd-cycle Knowledge Management. At the ceremony, three students were promoted to their doctoral title doktor znanosti; those were dr. Domagoj Nikolić, Ph.D. Osmana Buleshkaj and dr. Fitnet Martinaj. We also awarded commendations to the best students, graduates, and commendations for the best final theses and student tutoring.
At the ceremony, the graduates were also addressed by the Deputy Mayor of Celje, Samo Seničar. According to the dean, the support of the local community (Municipality of Celje and the economy) contributes significantly to the successful functioning of the faculty, as from the very beginning, they have been very attentive to the goals of the faculty, which over the years of cooperation have become common goals in the field of higher education in the Savinjska region.
Currently, the 16th generation of students is enrolled at the ISSBS, namely 464 students in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs.
