On 3 February 2022, the 9th project meeting of the Erasmus + DigiVET project – Online learning of Digital Media competencies for SMEs to empower workplace learning took place. The promoting institution of the project is the University of Gloucestershire from Great Britain.
At the meeting, which was attended by representatives of all participating partner institutions from Portugal (Cecoa – Centro de Formação Profissional Para o Comércio e Afins), Austria (Hafelekar Unternehmensberatung Schober GMBH), Slovenia (MFDPŠ), Romania (Fundatia Pentru Promovarea Intreprinderilor Mici si Mijlocii Brasov), Germany (ISOB) and Turkey (Gazi University), the Media Competence Handbook for Small SME Trainers and the Handbook and Video Guidelines for SME Trainers and Vocational Education and Training were presented, among others.
The main goal of the project is to enhance learning opportunities for low-qualified employees through work-based learning, by developing skills for the competent use of digital learning media in VET trainers and trainers in small SMEs.
This will be achieved through:
- the support of trained digital media coaches;
- training of VET trainers and small SME trainers;
- the provision of training material;
- the provision of online learning.
