On July 6, 2021, ISSBS student Kaja Pusar started 4-month mobility for traineeship at the partner institution Istanbul Bilgi University. She will do an internship in the Erasmus office, where many foreign students are already working. Her work will therefore take place in an international environment, which means that she will, among other things, acquire excellent international competencies.

Within the Erasmus + program, you can also do an internship abroad or practical training carried out at a company or organization in a participating country of the program. Host student internship organizations can be companies, training centers, research centers, and other organizations, including higher education institutions. With this kind of mobility, students get to know the requirements of the European labor market, develop their work experience, language skills and knowledge of other cultures, and build an international community of experts in their field.
