Erasmus+ mobility for training at University of Tunis

In the frame of Erasmus + mobility for training prof. dr. Nada Trunk Širca has visited the University of Tunis from 5th to 13th of August 2018. The main objective of the training was to review the current cooperation between the MFDPŠ and the University of Tunis and prepare for joint activities with the mentioned university between 2018 and 2021.

For over fifty years, the University of Tunisia has been a reliable provider of high quality education and research. Within the framework of the university, 113 study programs are conducted in 16 higher education and scientific-research institutions, which educate 27000 students. At the University there are as many as 1895 lecturers. All university programs are adjusted to the needs of various sectors of the Tunisian economy and its scientific and technological development.

In the frame of the exchange, dr. Trunk Širca also met with the management of the university, discussing the ideas of future exchange and possible future cooperation. She also met with the leadership of the Association of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises (BUSINESSMED), which is the main representative of the private sector, reflecting the interest of 22 corporate confederations in countries of the southern and northern Mediterranean.
