As part of the Erasmus days 2021 celebration, we held four virtual events at the ISSBS, with which we presented individual mobility and project activities of the Erasmus + program to our students, as well as to a wider audience.

We performed events:
– From Erasmus Students for Erasmus Students
– International Erasmus + project challenges and learning opportunities
– LittleBigEntrepreneurs – entrepreneurial learning in practice with examples from Slovenia, Estonia, and Greece
– Erasmus + projects dissemination tool

The first event From Erasmus Students for Erasmus Students was performed with a student Kaja Pusar, who is currently carrying out an internship at the partner institution University of Bilgi. Together, we found that the Erasmus experience develops the competencies needed for an independent life. It helps participants find their place in society. Self-confidence, flexibility, openness, mutual understanding, and solidarity are just some of the examples of what we can gain from the Erasmus + experience.

The second event, entitled International Erasmus + project challenges and learning opportunities, was organized and presented by dr. Nada Trunk Širca and dr. Valerij Dermol. The international projects of ISSBS and partner institutions, their results, useful experiences, and new findings were presented. The event was attended by 34 participants, of which 5 foreign participants or project representatives.

At the third event entitled LittleBigEntrepreneurs – entrepreneurial learning in practice with examples from Slovenia, Estonia, and Greece, representatives of individual project partner institutions were also present. The representative of the partner institution dr. Anoo Koop (Võru Kesklinna Kool, Estonia) presented an entrepreneurial activity carried out at the school called “chocolate”. The representative of the primary school Borcev za severno meje (Slovenia) Denis Kokol presented the activity “Christmas market” and Panagiota Gkiza, the representative of Chania Directorate of Primary Education (Greece), presented the activity “animations”. The purpose of the project is to strengthen key entrepreneurial skills and develop an entrepreneurial mindset in children.

The fourth event named “Erasmus + projects dissemination tool” was dedicated to the dissemination of projects and especially the dissemination tool that supports the editing of all project results is easy to use and can be adapted to any project.
