The new Doctor of Science became Mr. <strong>Andrej Novak,<\/strong> who defended his doctoral dissertation entitled <strong>\u00bbModel vpliva stila vodenja in managementa znanja na uspe\u0161nost podjetij\u00ab.<\/strong> The doctoral dissertation was written under the mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kristijan Breznik and co-mentorship of Asst. Prof. Sre\u010dko Natek.<\/p>\n<p>After the doctoral dissertation defence, Mr. Novak stated: \u00bbThe doctoral study Knowledge Management at ISSBS has enabled me to learn about theoretical concepts in research disposal in the framework of the doctoral dissertations. It has also enabled me to fundamentally predicted theoretical findings with existing practical experience. The latter was especially welcome, as our research work brings a broader view of the challenges in the day-to-day operation of companies. Knowledge management, as a relatively new concept in Slovenia, offers many opportunities for further research, and business leaders the opportunity to use its potential and consequently increase their performance.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>ISSBS is currently conducting the doctoral study in the English language and has 11 students enrolled from Slovenia and abroad.
