Within the Erasmus+ programme, Toma\u017e \u0160nabl, a staff member of the International School for Social and Business Studies, participated in a staff training mobility at Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina from 4 to 10 May 2026.<\/p>\n
The purpose of the mobility was to gain an in-depth understanding of the higher education system in Argentina, the institutional framework of Universidad de Buenos Aires and the organisation of professional and administrative services supporting study processes, student services and academic staff. Particular attention was also given to internal quality assurance mechanisms, institutional monitoring systems, data-informed decision-making and the comparison of organisational models and administrative procedures with those implemented at ISSBS.<\/p>\n
The mobility made an important contribution to the further internationalisation of ISSBS by strengthening cooperation with higher education institutions outside the European context and opening opportunities for future academic and professional collaboration with Latin America. It also supported the professional development of staff in the fields of higher education management, study process organisation, institutional development and quality assurance.<\/p>\n
The knowledge and experience gained during the mobility will contribute to the further development of internal processes, the improvement of administrative support for students and staff, and the strengthening of the faculty\u2019s quality management system. Students will also benefit indirectly through more efficient study-related procedures, enhanced support services and the increased international openness of the institution.<\/p>\n
The mobility represents an important step in implementing the strategic orientations of ISSBS in the areas of organisational development, internationalisation, digitalisation and the continuous improvement of quality assurance.<\/p>\n
