Dr. Marko Zebec Koren completed an Erasmus+ teaching mobility at Vytautas Magnus University<\/a> in Kaunas, Lithuania. The mobility took place from 2 to 7 May 2026, during which he delivered 8 hours of teaching activities in English for students of the host institution.<\/p>\n

The teaching mobility focused on the use of management games as a modern, experiential learning approach for developing managerial competences. This method encourages active student participation and supports the development of communication skills, conflict management, creative thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership. Through interactive lectures and workshops, students explored how simulations of organisational processes can contribute to a deeper understanding of theory and its practical application.<\/p>\n

The mobility also contributed to strengthening cooperation between ISSBS and Vytautas Magnus University. In addition to teaching activities, the mobility enabled the exchange of experiences between academic and administrative staff of both institutions, the review of existing institutional cooperation, and the identification of new opportunities for joint activities in the fields of teaching, research, student and staff mobility, and international projects within the Erasmus+ programme.<\/p>\n

Such mobilities make an important contribution to the internationalisation of the study process, the development of innovative pedagogical approaches, and the transfer of knowledge between partner institutions. Through active participation in international mobilities, ISSBS strengthens the quality of education, promotes the exchange of good practices, and creates new opportunities for cooperation in the international academic environment.<\/p>\n
